Pese ja riivi porgandid v\u00f5i viiluta need \u00f5hukesteks ratasteks. Koori sibul ja l\u00f5ika \u00f5hukesteks sektoriteks. Eemalda lehtkapsalt rootsud ja l\u00f5ika lehed suup\u00e4rasteks t\u00fckkideks. Poolita avokaado, eemalda viljaliha ja l\u00f5ika ruudukesteks. Sega salati hulka sulanud sojaoad.<\/li><li>Viiluta tofu. Aseta riis s\u00f5elale ja loputa jahutamiseks k\u00fclma veega. Lase kuivaks n\u00f5rguda.<\/li><li>Serveeri kausis. K\u00f5igepealt lisa riis, aseta sellele tofu ning vala peale kastet. Lisa kuhjaga salatit ja naudi!
