Kurna ja loputa kikerherned ning tee need kergelt kahvliga puruks (mitte pudruks, aga natuke rohkem katki). Lisa kikerherned pannil praadivale segule. Sega k\u00f5ik hoolikalt l\u00e4bi, prae minutike ja eemalda pann tulelt. <br\/><br\/>N\u00fc\u00fcd on aeg riisipaberid ette valmistada. Vala suuremasse kaussi keevat vett. Leota igat riisipaberit paar minutit, kuni need on pehmemad ja rullitavad. Mina leotasin korraga kolm riisipaberit ja kui hakkasin neisse t\u00e4idist m\u00e4ssima, panin j\u00e4rgmised kolm likku. Aseta iga leotatud riisipaberi keskele kuhjaga supilusikat\u00e4is pannil valminud t\u00e4idist. Keera vasak ja parem riisipaberi k\u00fclg t\u00e4idise peale ning seej\u00e4rel keera \u00fclemine ja alumine ots t\u00e4idise peale. Sul peaks tekkima v\u00e4ike t\u00e4idetud ruuduke nagu pildil olev kotlet. Sega \u00fches kausis tempura jahu veega l\u00e4bi ja teisse kaussi pane riivsai valmis. Kasta kotlet k\u00f5igepealt tempura segusse ja seej\u00e4rel riivsaia sisse. J\u00e4lgi, et kotlet saaks ilusasti m\u00f5lemalt poolt paneeritud. Prae kotlette kuumal pannil \u00f5lis, kuni need on m\u00f5lemalt poolt kr\u00f5bedad. V\u00f5id neid ka ahjus k\u00fcpsetada.
