Torka kahvliga, et n\u00e4ha, kas kartulid on pehmed.<\/li><li>Patsuta suitsutofu majapidamispaberi v\u00f5i puhta k\u00f6\u00f6gir\u00e4tikuga kuivaks ja l\u00f5ika paksudeks kolmnurkadeks.<\/li><li>Kuumuta pannil rapsi\u00f5li ja prae toful\u00f5ike m\u00f5lemalt poolt, kuni need saavad kuldse jume ja kr\u00f5bedad servad.<\/li><li>Maitsesta praetud tofu soola ja musta pipraga ja pigista peale sidrunimahla.<\/li><li>L\u00f5ika kartulid pooleks ja aseta koos tofuga vaagnale.<\/li><li>Tilguta peale sulatatud margariini v\u00f5i rapsi\u00f5li.<\/li><li>Viimase lihvina pudista peale tilli<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>* Kui suitsutofut poes ei leidu, saab seda ise valmistada maitsestamata tofu marineerimisel suitsuessentsi ehk vedela suitsuga. Kuivata tofu majapidamispaberi v\u00f5i puhta k\u00f6\u00f6gir\u00e4tikuga, vedelikku \u00f5rnalt v\u00e4lja patsutades. L\u00f5ika paksudeks kolmnurkadeks. Sega kokku marinaad: 1 tl suitsuessentsi, 2 spl sojakastet,\u00a03 spl mahedamaitselist \u00f5li (n\u00e4iteks rapsi\u00f5li).
