Meira)<\/li><li>pundike v\u00e4rsket tilli, hakitud<\/li><li>100 ml \u00f5li (nt. p\u00e4evalille-, oliivi- v\u00f5i lina\u00f5li) <\/li><li>50 ml vett <\/li><li>(pool sl suhkrut v\u00f5i agaavisiirupit)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pese bakla\u017eaan. L\u00f5ika pikkupidi laiad viilud ning need viilud omakorda kolmeks pikaks ribaks. Aja suuremas potis vesi keema ja lisa natuke soola. Aseta bakla\u017eaaniviilud keevasse vette ning keeda kaane all 5 minutit. T\u00f5sta keedetud bakla\u017eaaniviilud ettevaatlikult vahukulbiga s\u00f5elale ning loputa kergelt k\u00fclma veega \u00fcle.  <br> Tee valmis marinaad: vispelda k\u00f5ik koostisained \u00fchtlaseks kreemjaks vedelikuks. Maitse marinaadi ja lisa vajadusel natuke suhkrut v\u00f5i agaavisiirupit. Haki ka marineeritud kurk kuubikuteks. N\u00fc\u00fcd v\u00f5ta karbike v\u00f5i n\u00e4iteks keeksivorm ning asu rollmopse rullima. Selleks v\u00f5ta \u00fcks keedetud bakla\u017eaaniriba, aseta riba otsa marineeritud kurgi kuubik ning keera riba rulli. Aseta k\u00f5ik rulli keeratud rollmopsid karbi v\u00f5i keeksivormi p\u00f5hja. J\u00e4tka, kuni bakla\u017eaaniribad on otsas. Vala k\u00f5ik marinaadiga \u00fcle ning j\u00e4ta \u00fcle\u00f6\u00f6 k\u00fclmkappi seisma.
