Vala blenderisse sojapiim, \u00f5una\u00e4\u00e4dikas, sinep, vahtrasiirup, laimimahl. N\u00e4pista peale sool. Blenderda minuti jagu, niristades aeglaselt hulka rapsi\u00f5li. Blenderda veel umbes kolm minutit kuni kaste on paks ja kreemjas. Kui koostis on liiga vedel, lisa veidi \u00f5li ja blenderda veel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Eraldi kausis sega kastme jaoks kokku till, <em>relish<\/em>-kaste ja kapparid. Lisa soovi korral veel soola. Pane k\u00fclmkappi ootele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kartulisektorid:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Eelkuumuta ahi kuni 250\u00b0 C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Koori kartulid, l\u00f5ika sektoriteks. Aseta k\u00fcpsetuspaberiga kaetud ahjuplaadile. Lisa \u00f5li ja maitseained ning sega kuni k\u00f5ik sektorid on kaetud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Eralda kartulisektorid, nii et nad \u00fcksteist ei kataks. K\u00fcpseta ahjus umbes 20 minutit kuni on kuldsed ja kr\u00f5bedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kafu ehk kala moodi tofu:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. L\u00f5ika tofuviilud pooleks, et saada neli l\u00f5iku. L\u00f5ika norist sama suured t\u00fckid ning aseta tofu peale. Pressi \u00f5rnalt nii, et nori j\u00e4\u00e4ks tofu k\u00fclge kinni. Teisele poole raputa \u00f5rnalt soola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Sega kausis jahu, t\u00e4rklis, sool ja karripulber. Lisa mullivesi ja sega kuni tainas on \u00fchtlane. Lisa natuke jahu, kui tainas on liiga paks, v\u00f5i mullivett, kui tainas on liiga vedel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Pane k\u00f5rgemat sorti pann tulele ja lisa nii palju \u00f5li, et tofu saaks selle sees \u201cujuda\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Kasta \u00fchelt poolt nori-lehega kaetud tofu kastmesse nii, et see oleks \u00fcleni kaetud. Prae kolm-neli minutit kuni l\u00f5igud on m\u00f5lemalt poolt kuldpruunid. Aseta k\u00f6\u00f6gipaberile, et eemaldada \u00fcleliigne \u00f5li.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.
