L\u00f5ika tofu sentimeetripaksusteks viilakateks. Koori ja viiluta \nporgand ja sibul. Koori m\u00e4dar\u00f5igas ja l\u00f5ika see v\u00e4ga \u00f5hukesteks \nviiludeks \u2013 n\u00e4iteks mandoliiniga.<br>2. Laota tofu-, porgandi-, sibula- ja m\u00e4dar\u00f5ikaviilud \u00fcksteise otsa klaaspurki (v\u00e4hemalt 6 dl mahuga).<br>3. Valmista marinaad: pane k\u00f5ik koostisosad keedupotti ja kuumuta, kuni suhkur on sulanud. Lase jahtuda.<br>4. Kalla marinaad purki tofu- ja k\u00f6\u00f6giviljal\u00f5ikude peale. J\u00e4ta purk v\u00e4hemalt \u00f6\u00f6p\u00e4evaks k\u00fclmikusse maitsestuma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*Soovitus: Marineeritud tofu s\u00e4ilib k\u00fclmas umbes n\u00e4dala.
